Ludacris at Brookings Institution Today

AP- Washington D.C., Christopher "Ludacris" Bridges will speaking Brookings Institution today concerning domestic fiscal issues. His speech will focus on debt reduction. Analysts say that Mr. Ludacris may be laying an agenda to compete in the already crowded field of hopefuls for the GOP nomination for the presidency in 2012. Mr. Ludacris acknowledges a lack of appeal to certain elements of the Republican base, but has stated he feels he can draw out the youth and especially the women vote, which he seems quite confident about. When asked about the woman demographic, Mr. Ludacis said, "How you ain't gon' FUCK! Bitch I'm me? I'm the GOD DAMN reason you in VIP, CEO you don't have to see ID". He had previously said in a public statement that he feels confident about his chances in certain area codes, primarily those of the 770, 404 and the 202, which comprise metropolitan Atlanta, its surrounding suburban areas and the District of Columbia. This indicates that he would not abandon the Southern Strategy that the party has pursued for decades, summed up nicely by Mr. Ludacris, "Down in the dirty south thats how it go, makin money ma makin money stackin that doe."
